If you’re looking for quintessential mid-century modern Palm Springs, you have to visit the Jonathan Adler-designed Parker hotel. Lounge pool-side, play a game of pétanque or tennis, and grab a bite to eat at one of their three restaurants or two bars. While I’ve only been for a bite to eat (and to admire the décor), I fully plan on booking a stay in the future.
